A4 × 9 → poster
Print a poster on several A4 sheets
Turn any picture into a big poster with an ordinary printer. Set the final size — 60 cm wide, 1 metre tall, whatever fits your wall — and Toola cuts it into as many A4 or Letter pages as needed. Pages overlap slightly and carry dashed glue lines and labels (A1, A2, B1…) so the pieces line up when you tape them together.
Private: your files never leave your device.
Add a picture and set how big the poster should be — Toola splits it across as many sheets as needed, with overlap and glue lines so the pieces line up.
Most inkjets can’t print the outer 3–5 mm.
Printer prints slightly too small or large?
Print the page, measure the 10 cm test square (or any 100 mm line) with a real ruler and enter what you measured. Toola scales the next print to cancel the error.
In the print dialog choose “Actual size” or “Scale 100%” — not “Fit to page”, which shrinks everything.
How to use Poster printer
Step 1: Add the picture.
Step 2: Set the poster’s width or height; the number of sheets updates as you type.
Step 3: Download the PDF, print at “Actual size”, trim along the glue lines and tape the sheets together.
Frequently asked questions
How big can the poster be?
Up to 20 × 20 sheets. Keep an eye on the DPI shown: at 100 DPI or more a poster still looks good from a normal viewing distance.
How do I put the sheets together?
Each sheet overlaps the next by the overlap you choose (10 mm by default). Trim one sheet along its edge, lay it on the dashed glue line of its neighbour and tape it from behind.
Is the picture uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
