Daily limits at a glance
An operation is one run of a tool; converting a whole batch counts once. Heavy operations are video, OCR, background removal and panorama stitching. They use the most of your device, so they have their own, smaller allowance. Limits reset every day (UTC).

How the limits work
Toola’s tools run on your own device, so the limits are checked in your browser. They are a fair-use guide rather than a lock, and we say so openly. What keeps the free plan free is simple: personal use stays free, and the Terms ask companies to use a Business plan.
What counts as commercial use?
Using Toola for a company or for paid work, for example processing client documents or using it as part of your job. Personal projects, study and occasional help for family and friends count as personal use. Until Business plans open you are welcome to keep using the free tools, and we will announce the date before commercial use needs a plan.

- Is Toola still free?
- Yes. Today every tool is free, with no account and no daily limit. The limits above start when accounts launch, and a free plan will always remain.
- Do plans change how my files are handled?
- No. Files are processed on your device on every plan and are never uploaded. An account stores only your email, name, profile picture and plan.
- When can I pay?
- Billing opens once our company is registered and connected to a payment provider. Email us with the plan you want and we will tell you when it is ready.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. When billing opens you will be able to cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Full subscription terms will be published before any payment is taken.
- Which currencies do you use?
- Dollars on the English site and Georgian lari on the Georgian site. Final prices are set at launch.
