Frequently asked questions
Which format should I use for printing?
3MF is the modern choice — smaller than STL and read by Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer and Cura. STL works everywhere.
Are colours and textures kept?
No — the geometry is converted. Colours, textures and multiple material assignments aren’t carried over.
What about GLB units?
glTF/GLB is defined in metres with Y up; Toola converts to and from millimetres with Z up so models keep their real size.
