Edit a PDF
Type on a PDF without printing it: fill in a form that has no fields, add a date or a note, cover a mistake with white-out and type the correction over it, highlight important lines, draw boxes, or add a logo or stamp. Move and resize everything until it sits right, on any page, then save a new PDF. The file never leaves your device.

How to use Edit PDF
Step 1: Add a PDF.
Step 2: Pick Text, White-out, Highlight, Box or Image and click or drag on the page.
Step 3: Press Save PDF and download it.
Common edits, step by step

White-out isn't redaction
White-out hides text visually, which is fine for corrections. But the original words are usually still inside the file and can sometimes be selected or copied. Before sending something confidential, turn the edited pages into images with PDF to JPG and back with JPG to PDF, so only the picture remains.
Edits are drawn on top of the original page, so the original layout, fonts and images stay exactly as they were.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the existing text?
Not directly: PDF text isn't stored in editable paragraphs. Cover the old words with White-out and type the new text on top; printed or shared, it looks like an edit.
Does Georgian text work?
Yes. Georgian is written with the Noto Sans Georgian font, which is embedded in the PDF, so it shows correctly everywhere.
Is the white-out permanent?
It covers the text visually, but the original text may still be in the file and can sometimes be copied. For confidential information, export the pages as images or use a dedicated redaction tool.
How do I add a signature?
Use Sign PDF, which lets you draw, type or upload a signature.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Editing and saving happen in your browser.
